Can I bring in my own food?
We do not allow outside food or drink in our theaters.
Can I have a birthday party or reserve a private theater?
Yes. We would love to host your party or event at any of our locations. Private theaters are available upon request; however, certain restrictions and/or fees may apply. Simply submit a request on our Events page, and we will contact you to begin the process.
Can I purchase tickets over the phone?
For the protection of our valued guests, you may only purchase tickets at the box office or on our website.
Can I watch one movie while my children watch a different movie?
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times while visiting our theaters.
Can I wear a costume to the theater?
We allow guests to attend movies dressed in costumes within certain guidelines. Costumes should not be overly revealing or excessively scary. No masks or full face paint are allowed. No weapons - real, prop or toy - are allowed. If you have questions about our policy, please contact the theater management before you arrive to ensure that you won't be turned away.
Do gift cards work for tickets and food?
Yes. Our guests can use their gift cards for tickets, food, and drinks.
Do I have to purchase food or drinks in the movie?
We do not require you to purchase anything inside the theater; however, we do not allow any outside food or drinks inside the building.
Do you offer reserved seating?
Yes! All of the seating at our College Station location is reserved. You may pick your seat when you purchase a ticket on the website or at the theater.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. We offer gift cards for our guests in any denomination from $20 - $500. A gift card from Star Cinema Grill makes a perfect gift for anyone including business partners, family, friends, or significant others. You may purchase one online here.
Do you serve beer/wine/mixed drinks?
Yes. We offer a wide selection of beers (bottles and draft), wines and mixed drinks - including some of our own special recipes. Our selection changes from time to time, so please refer to our menu or ask your server about specific drink selections.
Does the ticket price include food or drinks?
Ticket prices do not include food or drinks. We will do a last call near the end of the movie, at which time a bill will be provided for any food or drinks ordered throughout the movie. Your server will be your cashier and will collect payment prior to the end of the film.
Does the Tuesday special ticket price apply to premieres and special screenings?
The Tuesday special ticket price does not apply to premieres or special screenings. However, we do offer our regular food and drink specials for premieres and special screenings.
How can I advertise on-screen?
Advertising on the big screen is a great way to get your name in front of hundreds of thousands of people. We have partnered up with National CineMedia who handles all of our on-screen advertising. Click here for more information.
How does it work?
Our goal is to provide every guest with an unforgettable experience through unmatched hospitality, the highest quality food and beverages, and flawless presentation.
We suggest arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your show, which will allow you to choose your preferred seats, as well as look over the menu while the house lights are still up. Once you have purchased your movie ticket you may enjoy any menu item from our full service bar and lounge. Inside each table is a copy of our extensive menu along with our custom order cards. Simply write down your selections on the order card and press the button on top of the table. This alerts your server that you are ready to place your order. When ordering alcoholic beverages, please be prepared to show a valid government issued form of identification. You may order as many times as you wish until last call, which is 30 to 40 minutes before the end of your show. Your server will be your cashier and process your payment prior to the end of the film.
I pre-purchased tickets for an upcoming show but have lost or misplaced them. How do I get them replaced?
Unfortunately, any lost or misplaced tickets will have to be purchased again.
I purchased my tickets online but I cannot print them, what do I do?
Simply bring the same credit card you used to make the purchase, or the 12 digit confirmation code that is on the e-mail confirmation and we will redeem them for you at the box office.
Once I purchase my ticket, how do I change my show time or get a refund?
Any tickets that you wish to exchange for a different show time or a rain check must be done at the theater before your movie begins. Refunds will only be offered in the rare case that a show is cancelled.

What if I cannot find seats that I like?
We kindly ask that all of our guests arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled show time. At Star Cinema Grill we try our hardest to accommodate all of our guests. If you are not satisfied with the seats available, we will gladly exchange your tickets for another show time.
